No, mlm, or multi level marketing is not a pyramid scheme. Pyramid schemes are illegal, MLM is not. Every year millions of people lose millions of dollars by getting caught up in pyramid schemes. A pyramid scheme is basically people paying other people money in the hopes of getting a return. For example. A pyramid scheme would go something like this. You pay a fee of $1000 to get a position at the bottom of the pyramid. Half of it goes to the person above you and the other half goes to the person at the very top of the pyramid. Once all the slots are filled the person at the top will walk away with a hefty profit. Once he has been paid off, his name is removed and a new name is placed at the top of the pyramid. Then process starts all over. Very few people every make money in a pyramid scheme. Mainly just the ones at the very top. Now lets talk about what MLM is. Multi-level marketing has quickly become a very popular way for companies to move product. Instead of selling in stores they sell their products via independent reps. As a rep you receive a commission for each product you sell. Many MLM companies sell products that are paid on a monthly basis which could mean a nice residual income for you each and every month. With MLM you also have the opportunity to build your own salesforce by recruiting others to sell the products as well. You will then start to earn a percentage of the sales from everyone in your salesforce or downline as it is commonly known as. With MLM you can build a long term successful business. br

If you stay up late enough, you might get the opportunity to watch what seems to be a regular TV show. It looks like any other show, looks professionally produced, and it may even feature an actor or celebrity you recognize. Be warned. These are not TV shows. These are actually infomercials, the modern-day TV commercials.
Infomercials are specialized programs aired specifically to endorse and sell the product of the sponsor. By law, infomercials are required to inform you, the viewer, who the sponsor of the show is. If you are able to catch the start of the show, or if you watch the show until the very end, you will see the information about the sponsor.
You may contest that these shows have commercial breaks. Yes, they do. But if you notice, the products showcased in the commercial break are the same products featured in the show. A legitimate program features products, but the product comparisons given are unbiased. Both the good and bad qualities of the product are presented so viewers will be able to make an informed decision. Legitimate commercials do not ask you call any toll-free number to purchase the product it is endorsing.
Be careful about patronizing products featured on infomercials. They could actually be very good products, but you have to understand that infomercials are paid advertising features?they specifically promote the product in such an elaborate way to convince viewers to make a purchase.
Everyday, you are bombarded with information on innovative products: weight-loss plans, fat removers, hair-loss remedies, memory-enhancers, reading improvement systems, skin creams, dietary supplements, acne-removal products, all-powerful vacuum cleaners, impotence remedies, pain relievers, kitchen gadgets and a whole lot more. You will not always be able to tell if information on the product is misleading or not.
A few years ago, a marketer was banned from making infomercials. He was fined $2 million in settlement charges for falsely claiming that his coral calcium supplement could cure cancer and other serious diseases.
Infomercials provides detailed information on Infomercials, Infomercials History, Infomercials and Direct Response, Exercise Infomercials and more. Infomercials is affiliated with Radio Commercials.br
